Skender Veliu – The Model Missionary of Roma Community

Skender Veliu was born on 21 April 1956 in Lushnje, Albania, in a family with patriotic traditions. He completed the primary and secondary education in his hometown. In 1975 he began his university studies at the Faculty of Agronomy where he graduated in 1980. Several years later, in 1992, Skender Veliu began his studies at a second faculty, that of Law and graduated in 1996 with very good results.

Skender Veliu has a very rich working experience in various fields. From 1980 to 1990 Skender worked as an agronomist in the Agricultural Enterprise “29 November” Lushnjė. During this time he was also an activist in youth activities and local authorities. In 1991 Veliu was an activist of the “Movement for Democracy” and on 14 June 1991, he founded the branch of Lushnjë “Democratic Union of Roma people in Albania”. On July 4, 1991, Skender was appointed Secretary General to organize the sections, branches and sub-branches of the organization “Movement for Democracy” throughout Albania. During the period 1992-1997 Veliu has been an active participant in politics by holding the post of Deputy Chairman of the political party “People’s Party of Albania”. On 4 December 1996 he was elected President of the Union of Albanian Roma people “Amaro-Drom”. Since 1998 onwards, Skender Veliu is a member of the ERRC (European Center for Roma Minority Rights), Budapest. He is also the policy drafter for the development and integration of Roma community in Albania since 1998 onwards. In 2000 Skender Veliu was elected Vice President of the Balkan Roma Federation. From this year onwards he has been a partner with international organizations for the development of the Roma community in Albania.

In January 2002, Skender is re-elected President of the Union of Albanian Roma people “Amaro-Drom” during a conference organized in Tirana with 300 delegates from all over Albania. In 2002 he became a partner with the Ombudsman and is nominated as candidate to participate in Parliament in cooperation with UHRP (Unity for Human Rights Party), gaining 36.3% of the vote as a political entity. From 2002 onwards Skender is a Member of ERGO (European Roma Network) as well as Negotiator with the Ministry of Integration on the status of the Roma minority.

During 2003-2004 Skender masterminded the network of the Roma organizations and since 2003 he has partnered with the Government on the implementation of the national strategy for Roma people. In 2004 Skender Veliu became member of ERIO (European Roma Information Office) based in Brussels. In 2006 he conceptualized and founded the ” Roma Movement ” and years later in 2014 he was appointed representative of Albanian Roma people in the Balkan Roma Federation BAROM.

Being a member of the Committee in Ministries: Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, etc., Skender Veliu has been also a policy drafter in Community development and mediator for Roma issues.

Skender Veliu has carried the function of Monitoring, Lobbying and Advocacy in a number of projects that are worth noting:

“The Platform against child poverty and social exclusion in Roma communities” funded Radiohjalpen and We Effect (June 2015- December 2016); “Promoting social inclusion of Roma communities in Albania through special interventions for vulnerable children”, a project funded by the European Union Delegation in Albania and the International Organization for Migration (January 2014-Septemeber 2015) and many other projects in service of problematic social strata of Roma community.

During his professional career, Skender Veliu has participated in many training to achieve high professional qualifications. In 1998 he attended a training on human rights and after a year in 1999-2000, another training on children’s rights. In 2002-2003 he participated in the Euro-CLIO training on Roma people history and their current situation. In 2003 and 2004 he took part in trainings organized by the Foundation SPOLU, Netherlands on capacity building and community development.

Skender Veliu throughout his professional career has been distinguished as an activist for the protection of human rights, as a personality with a charitable soul and has made great contributions in helping communities, non-governmental organizations in support of the people in need. So he has had a great activity as a missionary of peace in the service of social peace in Albania, the Balkans and Europe.

Skender Veliu as a missionary of peace is also committed to the international lobbying organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, part of the UN. He is an honorary member of this mission which works for peace and prosperity in the Balkans and worldwide.

 

Skënder Veliu – Misionari Model i Komunitetit Rom

Skënder Veliu lindi më 21 Prill 1956 në Lushnjë, në Shqipëri, në një familje me tradita atdhetare. Arsimin fillor dhe të mesëm i mori në qytetin e lindjes. Në vitin 1975 filloi studimet universitare në Fakultetin e Agronomisë ku u diplomua në vitin 1980. Disa vite më vonë, në 1992, Skënder Veliu filloi studimet në një fakultet të dytë, atë të Drejtësisë dhe u diplomua në vitin 1996 me rezultate shumë të mira.

Skënder Veliu ka një eksperiencë pune shumë të pasur në fusha të ndryshme. Nga 1980 deri 1990 Skënderi punoi si agronom në Ndërmarrjen Bujqësore “29 Nëntori” Lushnjë. Gjatë kësaj kohe ai ishte gjithashtu si aktivist në aktivitetet për rininë dhe autoritetet lokale. Në 1991, Veliu ishte Aktivist i “Lëvizjes për Demokraci” dhe më 14 Qershor 1991 ai themeloi degën e Lushnjës “Bashkimi Demokratik i Romëve të Shqipërisë”. Më 4 Korrik 1991, Skënderi u emërua Sekretar i Përgjithshëm për organizimin e seksioneve, degëve dhe nën-degëve në gjithë Shqipërinë i organizatës “Lëvizja për Demokraci”. Gjatë viteve 1992-1997 Veliu ka qenë pjesëmarrës aktiv në politikë duke mbajtur postin e Zëvendës Kryetarit të partisë politike “Partia Popullore e Shqipërisë”. Më 4 Dhjetor 1996 zgjidhet President i UNIONIT të Romëve të Shqipërisë “Amaro-Drom”. Që nga viti 1998 e në vazhdim, Skënder Veliu është anëtar i ERRC (Qëndra Europiane për të Drejtat e Minoritetit Rom), Budapest. Ai është gjithashtu hartues politikash për zhvillimin dhe integrimin e komunitetit rom në Shqipëri që nga viti 1998 e në vazhdim. Në vitin 2000 Skënder Veliu u zgjodh Zëvendës President i Federatës Rome Ballkanike. Që nga ky vit e në vazhdim ai ka qenë Partner me Organizatat Ndërkombëtare për zhvillimin e komunitetit rom në Shqipëri.

Në janar të vitit 2002 Skënderi ri-zgjidhet President i Unionit të Romëve të Shqipërisë “Amaro-Drom” gjatë konferencës të organizuar në Tiranë me 300 delegatë nga e gjithë Shqipëria. Në vitin 2002 ai bëhet partner me Avokatin e Popullit si dhe emërohet kandidat për të marrë pjesë në Parlament në bashkëpunim me  P.B.D.Nj (Partia Bashkimi për të Drejtat e Njeriut), fiton 36.3% të votave si subjekt politik. Nga viti 2002 e në vazhdim Skënderi është Anëtar i E.R.G.O (Rrjeti Europian i Romëve) si dhe Negocues me Ministrinë e Integrimit për Statusin e Minoritetit Rom.

Gjatë vitit 2003-2004 Skënderi ideoi netuorkun e organizatave Rome dhe që nga viti 2003 është partner me Qeverinë Shqiptare për implementimin e Startegjisë Kombëtare për Romët. Në vitin 2004 Skënder Veliu u bë Anëtar i ERIO (Zyra për Informimin Rom Europian) me qëndër në Bruksel. Në vitin 2006 ideoi dhe themeloi “Lëvizjen Rome” dhe vite më vonë në 2014 u emërua Përfaqësues i Romëve të Shqipërisë në Federatën Ballkanike të Romëve BAROM.

Dukë qenë Anëtar Komiteti në Ministritë: Ministria e Punës Çështjeve Sociale dhe Shanseve të Barabarta, Ministria e Punëve të Jashtme, Ministria e Brendshme, etj., Skënder Veliu ka qenë edhe hartues politikash në zhvillim Komuniteti dhe mediator për çështjen rome.

Skënder Veliu ka patur funksionin e Monitorimit, Lobimit dhe Advokacisë në një sërë projektesh ku vlen të përmenden:

“Platforma kundër varfërisë së fëmijëve dhe përjashtimit social në komunitetet Rome” financuar nga Radiohjalpen dhe We Effect (Qershor 2015- Dhjetor 2016); “Nxitja e përfshirjes sociale të komuniteteve Rome në Shqipëri përmes ndërhyrjeve të veçanta për fëmijët vulnerabël”, projekt i financuar nga Delegacioni i Bashkimit Evropian në Shqipëri dhe Organizata Ndërkombëtare për Migracionin (Janar 2014-Shatator 2015) e shumë e shumë projekte të tjera në shërbim të shtresave sociale problematike të komunitetit Rom.

Gjatë karrierës së tij profesionale, Skënder Veliu ka marrë pjesë në shumë trajnimë për të arritur kualifikime profesionale sa më të larta. Në vitin 1998 ai ka ndjekur një trajnim mbi të drejtat e njeriut dhe pas një viti në 1999-2000 një tjetër trajnim mbi të drejtat e fëmijëve. Në 2002-2003 mori pjesë në një trajnim nga EURO-CLIO për historinë e romëve dhe situatën aktuale. Në vitin 2003 dhe 2004 mori pjesë në trajnimet e zhvilluara nga Fondacioni SPOLU, Hollandë për ngritje kapaciteti dhe për zhvillim komuniteti.

Skënder Veliu gjatë gjithë karrierës së vet profesionale është shquar si aktivist për mbrojtjen e të drejtave të njeriut, si personalitet me shpirt bamirës dhe ka dhënë kontribute të mëdha në ndihmë të komuniteteve, të organizatave jo qeveritare në mbështetje të shtresave në nevojë. Pra, ai ka patur një veprimtari të madhe edhe si misionar paqeje në shërbim të paqes sociale në Shqipëri, Ballkan dhe Evropë.

Skënder Veliu si misionar paqeje është angazhuar edhe me organizatën ndërkombëtare lobuese Diplomatic Mision Peace and Prosperity, pjesë e OKB. Ai është anëtar nderi i këtij misioni që vepron për paqe e prosperitet në Ballkan e në Botë.

Leonard Olli, the publicist serving the Balkan Peace

Leonard Olli, was born on October 25, 1965, in Korçë, Albania. His parents ran from rich and nationalist families, with early Albanian tradition, but that during the dictatorship, beyond the loss of property, were always under surveillance as potential enemies of the regime. Many of his relatives were subjected to repression and suffered in prison or internment places of the communist system.

After completing the elementary school in his hometown, in 1980, Leonard continued the high school of Foreign Languages ​​”Asim Vokshi” in Tirana and later studies in French Linguistics at the University of Tirana, Department of History and Philology , where he graduated in 1988.

For more than three years he served as a teacher of French, in Zdrjash Librazhdi, and then in his hometown. From 1992 to 2000 he lived and worked in Greece.

After returning home, he devoted to his longstanding passion of journalism, but that he could not practice during the dictatorship. For many years he worked as a journalist in the print and visual media, where he stood out for his professionalism, courage and professional and moral integrity. Part of his work was also the treatment of social phenomena, such as blood feud, which had reappeared  fearfully in the country after the fall of the dictatorship. Leonard paid attention also to the work with disadvantaged social strata, with orphans, with trafficked children, violated women, etc., contributing as an activist for the protection of human rights through cooperation with various organizations of civil society.

Later, from 2006 to 2013 he had public positions in public and state administration, in communications and public relations. Even while performing these tasks, once again he proved institutional accountability, fairness and complete moral integrity, creating a very large experience working in these sectors.

Leonard Olli has a rich work experience not only in Albania, but in the whole Balkans, Concretely, from 1992 – 1994 he worked as Manager and Translator for Metaxotipia OE Company in Athens Greece. From 1994 – 1997 he worked as Manager and Translator for Teoplast Enterprise in Thessaloniki Greece.

In 1997 Leonard was a part-time reporter for Radio Thessaloniki in Greece where he reported for approximately one year the news and the situation in Albania, during the events of 1997.

From 1998 -1999 he worked as General Manager of “KROKOS AE” in Kilkis Greece. 

In 2000 Leonard Olli worked as Translator and Coordinator for the NGO Terres des Hommes, where he was focused on the protection of Albanian exploited children’s rights.

From 2000 – 2001 he  was Administrator (part-owner) of Electro-out company in Thessaloniki Greece.

From June 2002-  May 2003 Leonard Olli was Head of Information Department  of Kristal TV  in Korçë  Albania. From June- October   2003 he worked as TV reporter for TV KLAN in Tiranë Albania.  In November 2003 – February  2004 Leonard was Columnist of Panorama Newspaper in Tirana, Albania.

From  March 2004 – April  2006 Leonard was Editor of the program “Te Blloku” in TV KLAN, Tirana Albania. At the same time, from  March 2004 – August 2005 he was Journalist Reporter of Metropol Newspaper. From September 2005 – April 2006 Leonard was Editor-in–Chief of Kult Magazine.

From May 2006 to July 2010 Leonard was Spokesperson of the Central Election Commission in Tirana Albania . From August  2010 – February 2011 Leonard was Head of Public Relations and Information in the Ministry of Defense of Albania.

In February  2011 – May 2011 Leonard worked as Head of Information Department for NESËR TV in Tirana Albania . From May 2011 – July 2012  Leonard was appointed again Spokesperson of the Central Election Commission in Tirana, Albania.

From August 2012 – September 2013 Leonard was Political Adviser & Spokesperson in the Ministry of Interior of Albania.

Thus, this Albania erudite intellectual has played a key role not only in the implementation of various promotional projects, but above all in their design, where it can be distinguished his role as spokesman for the Central Election Commission, the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Interior.

It is worth mentioning that he has not only proved his full willingness to be part of teamwork, but also facing very difficult situations, such as media management of electoral processes or civil emergencies during catastrophic floods in Shkodra and the Lezha in December 2010-January 2011, etc.

In addition to the French language, Mr. Olli is very good connoisseur of Greek language, English and Italian. The knowledge of these languages ​​has enabled him to cooperate with  activists of international bodies, thus becoming part of the structures of peace missions, especially in the Balkans.

Leonard Olli, as prominent Albanian intellectual, politician, publicist, a philanthropist and activist for the protection of human rights, has given great contributions in the service of social intercommunity peace in Albania and the Balkans. He, with his work, being an example himself, has affected in the tolerant intercommunity relations and in the interfaith and inter-ethnic coexistence that distinguishes the peaceful Albania compared to many other countries of the world. So, he is a model missionary of peace in Albania. For his rare values as a personality in the service of social peace,  the International Organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity during 2015 has honored him with the title Peace Missionary and Honorary Advisor of the peacemaking and peacekeeping structures of this peace mission.

Leonard Olli, publicist në shërbim të Paqes së Ballkanit

Leonard Olli, u lind më 25 tetor 1965, në qytetin e Korçës, në Shqipëri. Prindërit e tij rridhnin nga familje të pasura dhe nacionaliste, me tradita të hershme shqiptare, por që gjatë periudhës së diktaturës, përtej humbjes së pronave, ishin gjithmonë nën vëzhgim, si armiq potencialë të regjimit. Mjaft të afërm të tij ranë pre e represionit dhe vuajtën në burgjet apo vendinternimet e sistemit komunist.

Pas përfundimit të shkollës tetëvjeçare në qytetin e lindjes, në vitin 1980, Leonardi vijoi shkollën e mesme të Gjuhëve të Huaja “Asim Vokshi”, në Tiranë dhe më pas studimet e larta për Gjuhë Letërsi Frënge, në Universitetin e Tiranës, Dega Histori-Filologji, ku edhe u diplomua në vitin 1988.

Për më shumë se tre vite shërbeu si mësues i Gjuhës Frënge, në Zdrjash të Librazhdit, e më pas në qytetin e lindjes. Nga viti 1992 e deri në vitin 2000 jetoi dhe punoi në Greqi.

Pas kthimit në atdhe, i përkushtohet pasionit të kahershëm gazetarisë, por që nuk mundi ta praktikonte gjatë periudhës së diktaturës. Për shumë vite punoi si gazetar në median e shkruar dhe atë vizive, ku spikati për profesionalizmin, kurajën dhe integritetin moral e profesional. Pjesë e punës së tij ishte edhe trajtimi i fenomeneve sociale, sikundër edhe fenomeni i gjakmarrjes, i rikthyer frikshëm në vend, pas rënies së diktaturës. Leonardi i kushtoi vëmendje edhe punës me shtresat shoqërore në nevojë, me fëmijët jetimë, me fëmijt e trafikuar, gratë e dhunuara, etj., duke kontribuuar si aktivist për mbrojtjen e të drejtave të njeriut nëpërmjet bashkëpunimit me organizata të ndryshme të shoqërisë civile.

Më pas, nga viti 2006 e deri në vitin 2013 ka pasur pozicione publikë në administratën publike e shtetërore, në fushën e komunikimit dhe marrëdhënieve me publikun. Edhe gjatë ushtrimit të këtyre detyrave, sërish ka dëshmuar përgjegjshmëri institucionale, korrektësi dhe integritet të plotë moral, duke krijuar një eksperiencë shumë të madhe pune në këta sektorë.

Leonard Olli ka një eksperiecë të pasur pune jo vetëm në Shqipëri, por në gjithë Ballkanin. Konkretisht, nga 1992 – 1994 ai ka punuar si Menaxher dhe përkthyes për kompaninë Metaxotipia OE në Athinë, Greqi. Nga 1994 – 1997 ka punuar si Menaxher dhe përkthyes për Ndërmarrjen Teoplast në Selanik të Greqisë.

Në vitin 1997 Leonard ishte gazetar me kohë të pjesshme për Radio Selanik, në Greqi, ku ai raportoi për rreth një vit lajmet dhe situatën në Shqipëri, gjatë ngjarjeve të vitit 1997.

Nga 1998 -1999 ka punuar si Menaxher i Përgjithshëm i “KROKOS AE” në Kilkis, Greqi.

Në vitin 2000 Leonard Olli punoi si përkthyes dhe koordinator për organizatën Terres des Hommes, ku ai u fokusua në mbrojtjen e të drejtave të fëmijëve të shfrytëzuar shqiptarë.

Nga 2000 – 2001 ai ishte Administrator (pjesërisht-pronar) i kompanisë Elektro-out në Selanik të Greqisë.

Nga qershori 2002- maj 2003 Leonard Olli ishte Shef i Departamentit të Informacionit të TV Kristal në Korçë, Shqipëri. Nga qershor-tetor 2003 ka punuar si reporter televiziv për TV KLAN në Tiranë, Shqipëri. Në nëntor 2003 – shkurt 2004 Leonard Olli është Kolumnist i gazetës Panorama në Tiranë, Shqipëri.

Nga mars 2004 – prill 2006 Leonardi ishte redaktor i programit “Te Blloku” në TV Klan, Tirana, Albania. Në të njëjtën kohë, nga marsi 2004 – gusht 2005 ai ishte Gazetar Reporter i Gazetës Metropol. Nga shtatori 2005 – prill 2006 Leonard Olli ishte kryeredaktor i revistës Kult.

Nga maji 2006 deri në korrik 2010 Leonardi ishte Zëdhënësi i Komisionit Qendror të Zgjedhjeve në Tiranë, Shqipëri. Prej gushtit 2010 – shkurt 2011 Leonard Olli ishte Shef i Marrëdhënieve me Publikun dhe Informimin në Ministrinë e Mbrojtjes së Shqipërisë.

Në shkurt 2011 – maj 2011 Leonard Olli punoi si Shef i Departamentit të Informacionit për Nesër TV në Tiranë, Shqipëri. Nga maj 2011 – korrik 2012 Leonard Olli u emërua përsëri Zëdhënës i Komisionit Qendror të Zgjedhjeve në Tiranë, Shqipëri.

Nga Gusht 2012 – shtator 2013 Leonard Olli ishte Këshilltar Politik dhe Zëdhënës në Ministrinë e Brendshme të Shqipërisë.

Pra, ky intelektual erudit shqiptar ka pasur rol kyç jo vetëm në zbatimin e projekteve të ndryshme promovuese, por mbi të gjitha në hartimin e tyre, ku veçon roli i tij si zëdhënës në Komisionin Qendror të Zgjedhjeve, në Ministrinë e Mbrojtjes apo edhe atë të Brendshme.

Vlen të theksohet se ka dëshmuar jo vetëm vullnetin e plotë për të qenë pjesë e punës në grup, por edhe i përballimit të situatave tepër të vështira, sikundër menaxhimi mediatik i proceseve zgjedhore apo emergjencave civile, gjatë përmbytjeve katastrofike në qarkun e Shkodrës dhe atë të Lezhës në dhjetor 2010-janar 2011, etj.

Përveç gjuhës Frënge, z. Olli është njohës shumë i mirë i gjuhës Greke, Angleze dhe Italiane. Njohja e këtyre gjuhëve i ka dhënë mundësi të bashkëpunojë edhe me aktivistë të organizmave ndërkombëtare, duke u bërë kështu pjesë e strukturave të misioneve të paqes, veçanërisht në Ballkan.

Leonard Olli, si intelektual i shquar shqiptar, politikan, publicist, si filantrop dhe si aktivist për mbrojtjen e të drejtave të njeriut, ka dhënë kontribute të mëdha në shërbim të paqes sociale ndërkomunitare në Shqipëri dhe Ballkan. Ai, me punën e tij, me shembullin vetja, ka ndikuar në marrëdhëniet tolerante ndërkomunitare e në  bashkekzistencën ndërfetare e ndëretnike që e dallon Shqipërinë paqësore në krahasim me shumë vende të tjera të botës. Pra, ai është një model misionari paqeje në Shqipëri. Për vlerat e tij të rralla si personalitet në shërbim të paqes sociale, Organizata Ndërkombëtare Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity gjatë vitit 2015 e ka nderuar me titullin Misionar Paqeje dhe Këshilltar Nderi i strukturave paqebërëse e paqeruajtëse të këtij misioni paqeje.

Dr. Liri Berisha – The model Missionary in service of Children

Dr. Liri Berisha was born on July 5, 1948 in Tirana, the city where she completed the high school and was graduated with high results in the Faculty of Medicine at University of Tirana. The same year she marries to Sali Berisha, one of the distinguished doctors of that time with whom she has 2 children and six grandchildren.

By working as a pediatrician, Mrs. Berisha has been under the public appraises as a devoted doctor and dedicated to help families in need. The fall of communist dictatorship and the victory of democracy mark a key stage in her life as her husband Dr. Sali Berisha lead the student movement to overthrow communism and establishing the first opposition party, the Democratic Party. In 1992 Mr. Berisha is elected President of the Republic by the first pluralist parliament, and it is at this time when the noble doctor begins her public engagements as the first “First Lady” in the history of the Democratic Albania during 1992-1997. During this time Dr. Liri Berisha is intensively engaged to increase the positive image of democratic Albania in the world and her social dimension strengthened even more in supporting and commitment to people in need.

During these years, Mrs. Berisha is very committed to help sick children. She was elected President of the Albanian Children Foundation “Domenick Scaglione”, a foundation that has as its focus children who suffer from blood diseases, tumors, autism, children with special needs, orphans, marginalized children, elderly etc.

Under her leadership the Albanian Children Foundation “Domenick Scaglione”, successfully cooperates with counterpart international medical centers and foundations mainly treating Thalassemia, autism or other diseases. One of the priorities of her commitments has been the reduction of infant mortality, which recorded satisfactory results.

Efforts on Thalassemia

A deep and courageous commitment of pediatrician Berisha is related to Thalassemia disease. In 2007 the Foundation inaugurates the Regional Center of Hemoglobinopathy in Lushnja. Thanks to the lobbying of the Albanian Children Foundation was made possible including in the reimbursement list a very important medicine for children with thalassemia such as Deferasirox 250 mg (Exjade). She has organized public awareness campaigns for voluntary blood donation. An important moment of the Foundation is also its membership in the Thalassaemia International Federation, TIF. She has organized several scientific symposium on Pediatric diseases such as Hematology, Oncology etc.. Under the auspices of Mrs. Elsie Christofia, the First Lady of Cyprus, Ms. Berisha is also one of the founders of the “Circle of dignitaries” for global awareness on hemoglobin disorders.

Efforts on Autism

The main challenge and priority of Mrs. Berisha is and remains Autism. She is the founder of the National Strategy with concrete initiatives for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. This outstanding work marks as its achievement the establishment of two Regional Centers for Autism, the largest in the region that treat autistic children aged 2-16 year old and supports families of children in this difficult challenge. These two centers serve as vital institutions for scientific research in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder in Albania and in the region.

As important steps towards this are:

2009 – Albanian Children Foundation signed a partnership with Autism Speaks for Global Autism Public Health initiative: “GAPH-Albania”.
2010 – Albanian Children Foundation launches the South-East European Autism Network (SEAN) to identify some of the common challenges each country is facing and form a partnership to develop solutions that will meet the needs of families and individuals of this community also serving as the secretariat of the network.
2015 – The Albanian Children Foundation becomes a full member to “Autism Europe”.

Awards

During her several years of work with ambition results on protecting the rights of children and women and the promoting of humanism, Mrs. Berisha was awarded with several awards, diplomas and titles from powerful European and USA medical organizations, institutions, personalities and lobbies.

2007 –”Symbol of human values” award by the National Institute of Integration of the Albanian Orphans.

2008- The Gratitude award by FAO in Italy for her commitment in anti-poverty awareness campaigns.

2009- “Woman of the Year” award by the prestigious organization WIN in Washington DC upon the citation “For her commitment to make the world a better place for women and all citizens.”

2009- Diploma of Honor award on medicine without borders and helping children by the International Association of Oncologists and Gastroenterologists in Bucharest becoming also a board member.

2010-“Peace Prize 2011” awarded by the President of Lombardy Region, Mr.Roberto Formigoni.

2012- Albanian Children Foundation “Domenick Scaglione” was awarded with “Order of Mother Teresa” by the President of the Republic, upon the citation: “For the valuable assistance to children in need, giving priority to newborns and abandoned children, children with disabilities and institutions that provide food, shelter and education for these children. For the unsparing encouragement and support in researches and development of treatments and cures for children with Thalassemia, for supporting and treatment of children suffering from congenital disorders or other pathologies that threaten their lives, as well as autistic children and those with psycho-neurological disorders.”

2012-“For her continues support and her contribution to the shaping of women in Society” awarded by the Federation of Balkan American Associations (FEBA).

2014- Gratitude award on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Kuwait Center for Autism.

2014- Second Annual Bob and Suzanne Wright Global Autism Achievement Award for her serious and highly professional commitment of Mrs. Berisha on autism as appraise of her prominence in the international community of efforts on Autism in Albania and the region.

For her tireless contribution to the causes on protecting the health of mothers and children, Mrs. Berisha has been awarded titles of “Honorary Citizen” by municipality councils in different towns of Albania and the countries in the region.

Mrs. Berisha is Honorary President of the UNICEF office in Albania involved as promoter of causes such as children’s rights on education, recreation and health care. She is appointed Local Ambassador to Albania and Kosovo, for global initiative of UNICEF, on the Elimination of maternal and neonatal tetanus in the Central African Republic.

Mother Teresa Cultural Foundation

In 2008, she establishes the “Mother Teresa” Cultural Foundation, promoting through activities and exhibitions in many capitals of the world, Mother Teresa, this woman with universal values, by Albanian origin where humanism and her universal values stands above national, religious and social affiliations worldwide.

On 28 April 2010 in the premises of Capitol Hill raised the flag in honor of the visit of Mrs. Liri Berisha and the opening of the exhibition dedicated to the humanitarian work of Mother Teresa.

As a sign of honor to Washington DC, Mrs. Berisha planted a tree at one of the most beautiful parks of the city, “Tree of Mother Teresa” on the occasion of Mother Teresa exhibition”.

Commitments

As per Mrs. Berisha, a society cannot develop without a wife and healthy mother and equal human rights in family and profession. Mrs. Berisha loving and awesome commitment to family is a model for many Albanian women. Besides health care and campaigns for children’s rights, she has contributed to women’s rights and strengthening its socio-cultural status in society.

Ms. Berisha is very committed to charity campaigns supporting marginalized groups, orphans and the elderly from health issues through treatments and surgery covered by the foundation to organizing annual activities as well as supporting the quality of life improvement. Also Dr. Liri Berisha has paid a special attention to orphans by provided scholarships to them.

Dr. Liri Berisha as a peace missionary has been committed also to the international lobbying organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, part of UN. She has been honored with the title Honorary Ambassador of this mission which operated for peace and prosperity in the Balkans and worldwide.

Dr. Liri Berisha – Modeli i Misionarit në shërbim të fëmijëve

Dr. Liri Berisha ka lindur në 5 korrik, 1948 në Tiranë, qytet ku mbaroi dhe studimet e shkollës së Mesme dhe u diplomua me rezultate shumë të mira në Fakultetin e Mjekësisë në Universitetin e Tiranës. Në po të njëjtin vit ajo martohet  me një nga mjekët më të njohur në vend të asaj periudhe, Sali Berishën, me të cilin ka dy fëmijë dhe gjashtë nipër e mbesa.

Gjatë ushtrimit të profesionit si mjeke pediatre, znj. Berisha ka hyrë në vlerësimin e opinionin publik, si një mjeke e përkushtuar dhe shumë e devotshme për tu gjendur pranë familjeve në nevojë. Rrëzimi i diktaturës komuniste dhe fitorja e demokracisë shënon një fazë kyçe në jetën e saj pasi bashkëshorti  Dr.Sali Berisha, udhëheq lëvizjen studentore për rrëzimin e komunizmit dhe themelon partinë e parë opozitare Partinë Demokratike. Në vitin 1992 Z. Berisha zgjidhet nga parlamenti i parë pluralist, President i Republikës, dhe është pikërisht kjo kohë kur mjekja fisnike fillon angazhimet e një jete publike si “First Lady” e parë në historinë e Shqipërisë Demokratike gjatë viteve 1992-1997. Në këto kohë Dr. Liri Berisha përfshihet në mënyrë shumë intensive për rritjen e një imazhi pozitiv në botë të Shqipërisë demokratike dhe dimensioni i saj social forcohet edhe më shumë në mbështetjen dhe përkushtimin ndaj njerëzve në nevojë.

Gjatë këtyre viteve Zonja Berisha angazhohet thellësisht në ndihmë të fëmijëve të sëmurë. Ajo zgjidhet  Presidente e Fondacionit të Fëmijëve Shqiptarë “Domenick Scaglione”,fondacion i cili ka në qëndër të vëmendjes fëmijët që vuajnë nga probleme të sëmundjeve të gjakut, tumoreve, autizmit, fëmijëve me nevoja të veçanta, jetimëve, fëmijët e margjinalizuar, moshës së tretë etj.

Nën drejtimin e saj Fondacioni “Domenick Scalione” bashkëpunon suksesshëm me qëndra ndërkombëtare mjekësore dhe fondacionet homologe që trajtojnë kryesisht talaseminë, autizmin apo dhe sëmundje të tjera. Një nga prioritetet e angazhimit të doktoreshë Berishës  ka qenë  dhe ulja e mortalitetit infantil, ku shënohen rezultate të kënaqshme.

Përpjekjet mbi Talaseminë

Një angazhim i thellë dhe i guximshëm i pediatres Berisha lidhet dhe më sëmundjen e Talasemisë. Fondacioni në vitin 2007, inaguron Qendrën Rajonale të Hemoglobinopatisë në Lushnjë. Falë lobingut të Fondacionit të Fëmijëve Shqiptarë u bë e mundur shtimi në listën e rimbursimit i një bari mjaft të rëndësishëm për fëmijët talasemikë siç është Deferasirox 250 mg (exjade). Dr.Berisha ka organizuar fushata publike ndërgjegjësuese për Dhurimin Vullnetar të Gjakut. Moment i rëndesishëm i Fondacionit është edhe anëtarësimi në Federatën Ndërkombëtare të Talasemisë, TIF. Dr.Berisha ka organizuar disa Simpoziume shkencore mbi problemet pediatrike të Hematologjisë, Onkologjisë etj. Nën kujdesin e Zj. së Parë të Qipros Zj. Elsi Christofia, Zj. Berisha është gjithashtu një nga themelueset e “Rrethit të Personaliteteve të Shquara” për ndërgjegjësim mbarëbotëror për çrregullimet e homoglobinës.

Përpjekjet mbi Autizmin

Sfida dhe Prioriteti kryesor i Zj. Berisha është dhe mbetet Autizmi. Znj.Berisha është themeluese e Strategjisë Kombëtare me nisma konkrete për trajtimin e çrregullimit të spektrit së Autizmit. Kjo punë e jashtëzakonshme e saj shënon si arritje, ngritjen e dy Qendrave Rajonale, më të mëdha në Rajon të cilat trajtojnë fëmijët autik të moshës 2-16 vjeç si dhe mbështet familjet e fëmijëve në këtë sfidë të vështirë. Këto dy qendra shërbejnë dhe si institucione qënësore për kërkimin shkencor në trajtimin e çrregullimit të spektrit të Autizmit në Shqipëri dhe në rajon.

Si hapa të rëndësishëm në këtë drejtim shënohen:

2009 – Fondacioni Femijet Shqiptare nënshkruan Partneritetin me Autism Speaks për iniciativën Globale për Autizmin për Shëndetit Publik: “GAPH-Albania”.

2010 – Fondacioni lançon Rrjetin e Autizmit për Europën Juglindore (SEAN) për të identifikuar disa nga sfidat e përbashkëta me të cilat përballet çdo vend dhe krijimin e partneritetit që ofron zgjidhje në funksion të nevojave të familjeve dhe individëve të këtij komuniteti duke shërbyer edhe si sekretariat i këtij rrjeti.

2015  – Fondacioni Fëmijët shqiptare, bëhet anëtare me të drejta të plota të “Autism Europe”.

Në aktivitetin e saj shumë vjeçar me rezultate ambicioze në mbrojtjen e të drejtave të fëmijëve dhe grave si dhe në promovimin e humanizmit, zonja Berisha është vlerësuar me një sërë çmimesh, diploma e tituj nga organizata, institute, personalitete dhe lobingje të fuqishme mjekësore evropiane dhe nga SHBA.

2007 –Çmimi “Simbol i vlerave humane” nga Instituti Kombëtar i Integrimit të Jetimëve Shqiptarë,

2008- Çmimi i Mirënjohjes akorduar nga FAO, në Itali,  për angazhimin e saj në fushatat sensibilizuese kundër varfërisë .

2009 -Çmimi “Gruaja e Vitit” nga Organizata prestigjioze WIN, Washington DC, me motivacionin “Për përkushtimin e saj për ta bërë botën një vend më të mirë për gratë dhe të gjithë qytetarët”.

2009- Çmimi “Diploma e Nderit”, për mjeksinë pa kufi dhe ndihmën ndaj fëmijëve, nga Shoqata Ndërkombëtare e Onkologëve dhe Gastrologëve në Bukuresht duke u bërë dhe anëtare e bordit të saj.

2011- “Çmimi për Paqen 2011” , i akorduar nga Presidenti i Rajonit të Lombardisë, z. Roberto Formigoni.

2012- Fondacioni “Fëmijët Shqiptarë ‘Domenick Scaglione” nderohet me Urdhrin e Lartë “Nënë Tereza” nga Presidenti i Republikës së Shqipërisë me motivacionin: “Për ndihmën e vyer ndaj fëmijëve në nevojë, duke u dhënë përparësi të porsalindurve dhe fëmijëve të braktisur, fëmijëve me aftësi të kufizuara dhe institucioneve që ofrojnë ushqim, strehim dhe edukim për këta fëmijë. Për inkurajimin dhe mbështetjen e pakursyer në kërkimet dhe zhvillimin e trajtimeve dhe kurave për fëmijët me talasemi, për mbështetjen dhe kurimin e fëmijëve që vuajnë nga çrregullime kongjenitale ose patologji të tjera që rrezikojnë jetën e tyre, si dhe fëmijëve autikë dhe atyre me çrregullime psiko-neurologjike”.

2012- Çmimi “Per mbështetjen e vazhdueshme dhe kontributin e saj në formëzimin e gruas në shoqëri” akorduar nga Federata e shoqatave  Ballkano- Amerikane, (FEBA) .

2014- Çmimin e “Mirënjohjes” me rastin e 20 vjetorit të themelimit të Qendrës Kuvjatiane për Autizmin.

2014 – Çmimi vjetor “Bob &Suzanne Wright për arritjet globale për autizmin”  për angazhimin serioz dhe tejet profesional të zonjës Berisha në fushën  Autizmit dhe si  vlerësim për spikatjen saj në komunitetin Ndërkombëtar për përpjekjet mbi Autizmin në Shqipëri, duke qënë një drejtuese e shquar në rritjen e ndërgjegjësimit publik dhe profesional si dhe në ngritjen në Tiranë të dy qendrave klinike bashkëkohore për shërbime, trajnime dhe kërkime.

Për kontributin e saj të palodhur në kauzat e mbrojtjes së shëndetit të nënave dhe fëmijëve, Zonja Berisha ka marrë tituj si “Qytetare nderi” nga këshillat bashkiake të qyteteve të ndryshme të Shqipërisë dhe vendeve në rajon.

Znj. Berisha është Presidente e Nderit e UNICEF-it në Shqipëri ku është përfshirë si promotore e kauzave për të drejtat e fëmijëve si  e drejta për arsimim, edukim, argëtim dhe kujdes shëndetësor. Ajo është Ambasadore e UNICEF për Shqipërinë dhe Kosovën për iniciativën botërore ndaj Eliminimit të Tetanozit Neonatal dhe Maternal në Republikën e Afrikës Qëndrore.

Fondacioni  Kulturor “Nënë Tereza”

Në vitin 2008 ajo themelon Fondacionin  Kulturor “Nënë Tereza”, duke promovuar me aktivitete dhe ekspozita në shumë kryeqytete të botë, Nënë Terezën , këtë  grua  universale, me origjinë shqiptare, ku  humanizimi dhe vlerat e saj të përbotshme, qëndrojnë mbi ndasitë nacionale, fetare dhe sociale në të gjithë botën.

28 Prill 2010 në kupolën e Kongresit Amerikan u ngrit flamuri në nderim të vizitës së znj. Liri Berisha dhe hapjes së ekspozitës kushtuar veprës humanitare të Nënë Terezës. Në shenjë nderimi për qytetin e Washington DC, znj. Berisha ka mbjellë një pemë në një nga parqet më të bukura të qytetit. “Pema e Nënë Terezës” në kuadër të ekspozitës për Nënë Terezën.

Përkushtimet

Për zonjën Berisha një shoqëri nuk mund të zhvillohet pa një grua dhe nënë të shëndetshme dhe me të drejta njerëzore të barabarta në familje e profesion. Sjellja me dashuri dhe përkushtim të jashtëzankonshëm në familje, të zonjës Berisha, është model dhe për shumë gra shqiptare. Krahas fushatave për kujdesin shëndetësor dhe të drejtat e fëmijëve, zonja Berisha ka kontribuar për të drejtat e grave dhe forcimin e statusit të saj social-kulturor në shoqëri.

Znj. Berisha është tejet e angazhuar në fushatat e bamirësisë në mbështetje të grupeve të margjinalizuara, fëmijëve jetim dhe moshës së tretë që nga aspekti shëndetësor nëpërmjet trajtimeve dhe ndërhyrjeve kirurgjikale të mbuluara nga fondacioni deri në organizimin e aktiviteteve të përvitshme si dhe mbështetjen për përmirësimin e cilësisë së jetës. Gjithashtu një vëmendje të veçantë Dr. Liri Berisha ju kushton fëmijëve jetim duke ju akorduar edhe bursa studimi.

Dr. Liri Berisha si misionare paqeje është angazhuar edhe me organizatën ndërkombëtare lobuese Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, pjesë e OKB. Ajo është nderuar me titullin Ambasadore Nderi e këtij misioni që vepron për paqe e prosperitet në Ballkan e në Botë.

Liliana Pere – A personality in the Service of the World of the Modern Woman

(Liliana Pere – A Peace Missionary who works for the establishment of a system of values ​​of Albanian Women in the World, in raising and strengthening the role of women as the driving force of human society, which fights daily for the inclusion of women in all spheres and levels of institutional management of states, as the basis of creation of life and the basis of emancipation of humanity).

Liliana Pere was born on September 11, 1962 in the city of Erseka, in Albania, in a family with early patriotic and education-loving traditions in the service of the Albanian nation.

Liliana’s grandfather, Tefik Dingo Rrogu has been considered as a patriot and collaborator Ismail Qemali for patriotic activities abroad in Turkey with the decision of the National Assembly. He graduated in Turkey for military jurisprudence.

Liliana Pere completed the elementary and secondary school in her hometown, Erseka. In 1981, Liliana Pere finished and general high school with excellent results, at “Petro Nini Luarasi” high school in Erseka, Albania.

Liliana studied at the State Polytechnic University in Tirana, at the Faculty of Information Technology, Department of Information-Automatics and graduated with diploma mentor Prof. Dr. Aleksander Xhuvani. In the diploma thesis she was tasked to build an application on the Microsoft Access program. The application on management systems of basic data SMBD in the French Institute at the Polytechnic University, built by Liliana, resulted successful.

Liliana Pere has conducted several courses in the American center “Stefan” on training for the use of the most developed software.

In the company Albtelecom & Eagle Mobile Liliana has conducted several trainings:

She has been trained on Billing system. the Sap program module FI and free autodidact online training with tutorial for building websites and other applications.

She is a very good cognitive, possessor and user of the most advanced software and computer operating systems.

In May 1997 Liliana Pere started working as Financial and IT Expert in the Department of Finance at Albtelecom Albania, where she worked until May 2012. In March 2011 Liliana also worked as Information Engineer in the Department of Transmission Network operation within the same company, Albtelecom & Eagle Mobile.

From 2013 to April 2015 Liliana worked as freelance IT Consultant for different companies that needed computing assistance and construction of applications where she built websites for free to help women to encourage them for their businesses and for Albanian Intellectuals Association Graduated in Italy.

In this period of time, Liliana was activated vigorously in women’s networks with national and international values for the protection of women’s rights and the empowerment of their role. She took part in many conferences with thematic for the woman organized by the EU office in Tirana. At the same time she joined the international women’s organization “Woman International Networking” and “WIN” with president Kristine Engwing based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Liliana adheres in this organization since 2012 and participates in conferences and has a very fruitful cooperation with the leader Kristine Engwing on women’s problems in the world. Liliana is also a member of the organization “Albanian Roots” based in New York.

In 2013 Liliana Pere worked hard for the cause of women and raised her voice, writing to the White House and President Obama about the rights of Albanian women and Albanian nation, seeking support for the movement and equality of rights of Albanians in the region. She has filed several requests for stopping the deportation of an Albanian mother from the US. This correspondence resulted in very positive response from the White House and President Obama as our nation’s historic supporters.

After working for about three years to build the structure of an organization to help Albanian women anywhere in the world with an authentic female and global vision, in May 2015, Liliana Pere registered this organization under the name “Albanian Woman in the world” with which she is working and currently promoting the values ​​of successful women in the world. This organization identifies, promotes successful women as a strong indicator for the emancipation of women in Albania and in all Albanian communities of Women in the World. The organization’s platform is comprehensive for education, high professionalism, Peace and Humanism. The woman is a balancing force and soul peacemaker in family conflicts, national and global, with a strong diversity of thought and action. A woman with personality is distinguished as an activists raising her voice to protect the rights of colleagues. She is an inclusive and participatory force in the economic and social life, because they are the basis of life creation and emancipator of society.

Liliana has built a portal “Albanian Woman in the World”, which she refers to as a digital archive of Albanian women and maages it by herself. In this portal are displayed  remarkable figures of women of all ages, who have made history.

Liliana Pere is also a regular collaborator to the newspaper “The Sun” New York, a patriotic newspaper founded by former Albanian Prime Minister Fan Noli. She has published various articles which bring to the attention of readers the values of successful Albanian women ​​in various professional fields, humanitarian, educational, scientific, social, artistic, etc.

Liliana Pere throughout her professional career has been distinguished as a personality with the utmost rectitude and dedication in carrying out her duties, with a humane and sympathetic character and has made great contributions in helping communities to support people in need. So she has had a great activity as peace missionary.

Liliana Pere, as a Peace Missionary is also engaged with the International Lobbying Organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, part of the UN. She is Honorary Advisor of this mission which operates for peace and prosperity in the Balkans and in the World.

Liliana Pere – Personalitet në Shërbim të Botës së Gruas Moderne

(Liliana Pere – Misionare Paqeje që punon për ngritjen e një sistemi vlerash të Gruas Shqiptare në Botë, në rritjen dhe forcimin e rolit të gruas si forcë lëvizëse e shoqërisë njerëzore, që lufton përditë për gjithëpërfshirjen e grave në të gjitha sferat e nivelet e drejtimit institucional të shteteve, si baza e krijimit të jetës dhe baza e emancipimit të njerëzimit).

Liliana Pere u lind më 11 shtator të vitit 1962 në qytetin e Ersekës, në Shqipëri, në një familje me tradita të hershme atdhetare dhe arsimdashëse në shërbim të kombit shqiptar.

Gjyshi  i Lilianës, Tefik Dingo Rrogu është cilësuar patriot dhe bashkëpunëtor i Ismail Qemalit për veprimtari patriotike jashtë Atdheut  në Turqi me vendim të kuvendit popullor. Ai është diplomuar në Turqi për Jurisprudencë ushtarake.

Shkollën fillore dhe tetëvjeçare Liliana Pere i kreu në qytetin e lindjes, në Ersekë. Në vitin 1981, Liliana Pere mbaroi dhe arsimin e mesëm të përgjithshëm me rezultate të shkëlqyera në shkollën “Petro Nini Luarasi” po në Ersekë, Shqipëri.

Liliana ka studiuar në Universitetin Politeknik Shtetëror në Tiranë në Fakultetin e Teknologjisë së Informacionit, Dega Informatikë-Automatikë dhe u diplomua me udhëheqës diplome Prof. Dr. Aleksandër Xhuvani. Në temën e diplomës i është ngarkuar të ndërtojë një aplikacion në programin ACCESS të Microsoftit. Aplikacioni për sistemet e menaxhimit të të dhënave bazë  SMBD në Institutin Francez  pranë Universitetit Politeknik, i ndërtuar nga Liliana, rezultoi i suksesshëm.

Liliana Pere ka bërë shumë kurse trajnimi në qendrën amerikane Stefan për trajnim për përdorimin e software-ve më të zhvilluar.

Në kompaninë Albtelecom& Eagle Mobile Liliana ka kryer disa trajnime:

Është trajnuar për Sistemin Billing, për programin Sap moduli FI dhe trajnim online free autodidakt  me tutorial për ndërtim websites dhe aplikacionesh të tjera.

Ajo është një njohëse, zotëruese dhe përdoruese shumë e mirë e softwareve më të avancuar dhe e Sistemeve Operative të Kompjuterave.

Në Maj të vitit 1997 Liliana Pere filloi punë si Eksperte financiare dhe informatike në Departamentin e Financës pranë Albtelecom Albania, ku ajo punoi deri në  Maj të vitit 2012. Në Mars të vitit 2011 Liliana punoi gjithashtu Inxhiniere Informatike në Departamentin e Transmission Network operation brenda të njëjtës kompani, Albtelecom &Eagle Mobile.

Nga viti 2013 deri në Prill të vitit 2015 Lilana punoi si Konsulente e IT-së e lirë për kompani të ndryshme që kishin nevojë për asistencë informatike dhe ndërtim aplikacionesh ku ndërtoi website falas në ndihmë të grave për ti inkurajuar ato për bizneset e tyre dhe për Shoqatën e Intelektualëve Shqiptarë të Diplomuar në Itali.

Po në këtë periudhë Liliana u aktivizua vrullshëm në rrjetet e grave me vlera kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare për mbrojtje e të drejtave të gruas dhe forcimin e rolit të saj. Ajo mori pjesë në shumë konferenca të organizuara nga zyra e Bashkimit Evropian në Tiranë me tematike për gruan. Njëkohësisht u anëtarësua në organizatën ndërkombëtare të grave “Woman International Networking” dhe “WIN” me president Kristine Engwing me qendër në Lousane, Zvicër.

Liliana aderon në këtë organizatë që prej vitit 2012 dhe merr pjesë në konferenca dhe ka një bashkëpunim shumë të frytshëm me lideren Kristine Engwing për problemet e gruas në botë. Liliana është gjithashtu anëtare e organizatës “Rrënjët Shqiptare” me qendër në Nju Jork.

Në vitin 2013 Liliana Pere ka punuar shumë për kauzën e gruas dhe ka ngritur zërin e saj duke i shkruar Shtëpisë së Bardhë dhe Presidentit Obama për të drejtat e gruas shqiptare dhe të Kombit shqiptar, duke kërkuar mbështetje për lëvizjen dhe barazinë e të drejtave të shqiptarëve në rajon. Ajo ka paraqitur disa kërkesa për ndalimin e deportimit të një nëne shqiptare nga SHBA. Kjo korrespondencë ka rezultuar me përgjigje shumë pozitive nga Shtëpia e Bardhë dhe Presidenti Obama si mbështetësit historikë të kombit tonë.

Pasi kishte punuar për rreth tre vite për ndërtimin e strukturës së një organizate në ndihmë të grave shqiptare kudo në botë me një vizion autentik femëror dhe global, në Maj të vitit 2015, Liliana Pere e regjistroi këtë organizatë nën emrin “Gruaja Shqiptare në Botë” me të cilën punon dhe aktualisht po promovon vlerat e grave të suskesshme në botë. Kjo organizatë evidenton, promovon gratë e sukseshme, si indikatore të forta për emancipimin e gruas në Shqipëri dhe në të gjitha Komunitetet Shqiptare të Grave në Botë. Platforma e organizatës është gjithëpërfshirëse për edukimin, profesionalizmin e lartë, Paqen dhe Humanizmin. Gruaja është forcë ekuilibruese dhe paqtuese e shpirtrave në konflikte familjare, kombëtare dhe globale, me një diversitet të fortë mendimi e veprimi. Gruaja mke personalitet shquhet si aktiviste duke e ngritur zërin fort për mbrojtjen e të drejtave të kolegeve. Ajo është forcë pjesëmarrëse dhe gjthëpërfshirëse në jetën ekonomike e sociale, sepse ato janë bazat e krijimit të jetës dhe emancipuese të shoqërisë.

Liliana ka ndërtuar një portal “Gruaja Shqiptare në Botë”, që ajo e quan një arkiv dixhital të gruas shqiptare dhe e kujdeson vetë. Aty shfaqen figura të shquara të grave të të gjitha kohërave, që kanë bërë histori.

Liliana Pere gjithashtu është bashkëpunëtore rregullt e gazetës “Dielli” – “The Sun”, Nju Jork, gazetë patriotike e krijuar nga ish-kryeministri shqiptar Fan Noli. Ajo ka botuar shumë artikuj të ndryshëm ku sjell në vëmendjen e lexuesve vlerat e grave shqiptare të suksesshme në fusha të ndryshme profesionale, humanitare, akademike, shkencore, sociale, artistike, etj.

Liliana Pere gjatë gjithë karrierës së vet profesionale është shquar si personalitet me një korrektësi dhe përkushtim maksimal në kryerjen e detyrave, me një karakter human dhe dashamirës dhe ka dhënë kontribute të mëdha në ndihmë të komuniteteve, në mbështetje të shtresave në nevojë. Pra, ajo ka patur një veprimtari të madhe edhe si misionare paqeje.

Liliana Pere, si Misionare Paqeje, është angazhuar edhe me Organizatën Ndërkombëtare Lobuese Diplomatic Mision Peace and Prosperity, pjesë e OKB. Ajo është këshilltare nderi e këtij misioni që vepron për paqe e prosperitet në Ballkan e në Botë.

Idriz Balani – The Missionary Sculptor who works for the Peace of Modern Times

Idriz Balani was born in Konispol, Albania, on 3rd October 1953. In May 1954 his family eventually settled in the town of Durres. He finished the high school and university in Tirana from 1968 to 1979 by conducting also the military service within this period of time.

In 1980, Idriz defended the diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts (High Institute of Figurative Arts) in Tirana in the branch of monumental and easel sculpture, under the guide of his professors Andrea Mano and Hektor Dule, remarkable sculptors in Albania.

In January 1980 until September 1980 he served as a ” People’s Sculptor ” Mumtas Dhrami to realize the Monument  of Drashovice. In January 1984 he was appointed to work in the Rubber Factory “Kozma Nushi” to realize the bust of the hero, which was placed at the entrance of the factory.

In September 1984 he was appointed teacher at the Artistic High School Mujo Ulqinaku (Jan Kukuzeli), in the sculpture branch. From September 1989 – June 1990 Idriz conducted the Postgraduate Course in Art Criticism, in the High Institute of Figurative Arts in Tirana.

In August 1992, he went as an immigrant in Athens, Greece. On 27 July 2001 he was appointed Director of Culture of the Municipality of Durres. On 7 January 2005 he was appointed Director at the Regional Directorate of Cultural Monuments Durres. From 26 July 2006 onwards Idriz has dealt with artistic creativity of private business (small business).

Sculptor Idriz Balani based on the concept of school that he has finished, but also his formation, operates in the field of Realist easel and  monumental Art.

In the historical-cultural conditions which Albania is facing today, in the transition from communism to a democratic system, as well as the declaration of independence of the state of Kosovo, as part of Albanian nation, created opportunities for sculptor Idriz Balani to focus deeper on historical themes. Part of his creativity are the heroes and martyrs of the Albanian nation throughout centuries. Many of his works are placed in Durres, Fier and Saranda, in Albania and in Pristina, Peja, Decan, Mitrovica, Prekaz and Viti, in Kosovo. He has participated in exhibitions in the framework of the European Academy of Art in Paris, Switzerland and Belgium. A part of the works of Sculptor Idriz Balani are in private collections in France, Italy, Greece and Romania.

Sculptor Idriz Balani throughout his artistic career has been devoted to work and realized many works. The monumental bust of the martyr Telat Noga, 1984, located in the park in front of  former cigarette factory Durres, where it is still today, is one of the first works of art.

Bust of prominent Renaissance writer Naim Frasheri, 1986, located in the yard of the high school, which bears his name.

In collaboration with sculptor Ljiljana Çika in 1987, Idriz has performed a triptych monumental bas-relief “Lesson Work  Tempering,” which is located on the facade of the General Secondary School ” Leonik Tomeo ” in Durres.

In co-authorship with sculptor Dhimiter Harallambi, in 1988 he realized the monument dedicated to “Fighters of Kavaja” Albanian military formation in World War II, in the village of Cete, Kavaja.

In 2005 in collaboration with sculptor Qazim Kertusha, he has realized the  monument of patriot Haxhi Zeka, located in the town of Peja, Kosovo.

In 2007 he realized the first bust of the President of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova, which is placed in the Municipal Assembly Hall, Peja.

In 2007 in collaboration with sculptor Qazim Kërtusha, he conducted the bust of Scanderbeg, located in the yard of the school, which bears his name in the village Blinisht, Peja.

In 2008, he has realized the sculptural work devoted to the Meritorious Sculptor Sabri Tuci, located near the medieval perimeter wall in Durres.

In 2010 in the town of Peja he established the monumental bust of the Patriot, Intellectual, National Hero, Enver Hadri.

In February 2011 he inaugurated in the town of Peja the tors bust of the Academician Dr. Prof. Ali Hadri.

On May 3, 2011 he inaugurated the monumental marble bust of the national hero Agim Ramadani, which is located in the inner premises of Katana recreation center in Obiliq, Prishtina.

Idriz Balani has participated in many exhibitions of Durres district, national exhibitions, as well as in several international competitions.

He participated in the international competition in Skopje dedicated to the Legendary Hero George Castriot Skanderbeg.

He participated in the competition dedicated to Mother Teresa, near the Cathedral being built in Pristine.

In December 2010 he won the competition for the statue of Isa Boletini, which is located in the village Isniq of Decan and in Mitrovica as part of the 100th anniversary of the Albanian State.

In January 2012 he inaugurated in the town of Peja the intellectual monumental bust of patriot Jusuf Gërvalla.

In January 2012 in the frame of the competition “Flame of January”, held in Gjilan, has been honored with the “Acknowledgment” in the field of Visual Arts.

In April 2012 he was the winner of the “Public Prize” for the realization of the concept idea “Monumental Cemetery of the exodus of Cham Albanians ” Qafe-Bote (Kllogjer), Saranda.

He has participated in the international competition dedicated to Ismail Qemali.

On 12 October 2012 in the village Isniq of Decan he inaugurated  the statue of patriot, National Hero, Isa Boletini.

He is a permanent participant of the exhibition “Spring Art”, which opens each year in the spring, at the National Museum in Tirana.

On 21 November 2012, in Peja, it was inaugurated the bust (tors) of  the patriot Bedri Pejani, one of the signatories of the act of independence, set in the yard of the General Secondary School, which bears his name.

On November 24, 2012 in one of the squares of Mitrovica it was inaugurated the statue of the General of Independence, Isa Boletini.

On 8 May 2013 in the yard of his tower in Prekaz, it was inaugurated the statue of the patriot and warrior Ahmet Delia, one of those closest people to Isa Boletini and Hasan Prishtina.

On 17 September 2013 in the courtyard of the school “Bajram Curri” in the village Strellc of Decan, Kosovo, and next to his bust it was inaugurated the bust of one of the founders of this school and for many years its director, the martyr Haki Povataj, who died heroically in the torture rooms by the Serbian police.

On May 15, 2014 in Strellc, in the “Graveyard of Martyrs” of this village, were inaugurated 20 medallions, one for each martyr.

On 2 November 2014 in the village Ninat, Saranda, it was inaugurated the bust of the Cham dissident poet Bilal Xhaferi, near the museum that his family built.

On 27 November 2014 in the town of Viti, Kosovo, it was inaugurated the bust of US Ambassador Richard Holbrooke.

On 24 April 2015 in the municipality Ishëm of Durres District it was inaugurated the bust of the patriot cleric Sheh Adam Roda.

On May 25, 2015 in the village Strellc of Decan, Kosovo, it was inaugurated the bust of the martyr Ismet Ukaj.

On 04 July 2015 in Fier, it was inaugurated the bust of Ambassador Richard Holbrooke (copy of that  in Viti), which have been realized with the initiative of the Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity.

On 10 August 2015, in Duraj village of Kacanik, Kosovo, it was inaugurated the tors bust of the patriot Avdyl Duraj.

During his career, Idriz Balani has received several evaluations. On 15 December 2011, the Patriotic Association “Chameria” branch Durres, gave him a Certificate of Appreciation. On 5 November 2012, Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity awarded  him the title Peace  Missionary, Honorary Advisor of thus prestigious mission. On 26 April 2013 the mayor of Durres Vangjush Dako gave him the title Acknowledgement of the City with the motivation: For the  contribution given to Albanian sculpture, especially in the perpetuation of our historical figures. ”

Idriz Balani is also distinguished for his contributions to the community. He is an intellectual with a charitable heart. As a charitable and missionary man he is committed to the Cause of Peace.

Idriz Balanisi Peace Missionary has been collaborating for several years with the international organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, part of the UN.

The Intellectual Idriz Balani has been since several years an Honorary Advisor of Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity.

Idriz Balani – Skulptori Misionar që punon për Paqen e Kohëve Moderne

Idriz Balani ka lindur në Konispol, Shqipëri, më 03 Tetor 1953. Në Maj 1954 familja e tij u vendos përfundimisht  në qytetin e Durrësit. Shkollën e mesme dhe atë të lartë i kreu në Tiranë nga viti 1968 deri në vitin 1979 duke kryer edhe shërbimin ushtarak, brenda kësaj periudhe.

Në vitin 1980 Idrizi mbrojti diplomën në Akademinë e Arteve të Bukura (Instituti i Lartë i Arteve Figurative) në Tiranë, në degën e skulpturës monumentale e të kavaletit, nën drejtimin e pedagogëve Andrea Mano e Hektor Dule, skulptorë të shquar në Shqipëri.         

Në Janar 1980 deri Shtator 1980 punoi pranë Skulptorit të Popullit Mumtas Dhrami për realizimin e Monumentit të Drashovicës. Në Janar 1984 u caktua të punojë në Fabrikën e Gomës “Kozma Nushi” për të realizuar bustin e heroit, i cili u vendos në hyrje të fabrikës.

Në shtator 1984 emërohet  mësues pranë Shkollës së Mesme Artistike Mujo Ulqinaku (Jan Kukuzeli), në degën e skulpturës. Nga Shtatori 1989  –  Qershor  1990 Idrizi zhvilloi Kursin pas Universitar për Kritikë Artistike pranë Institutit të Lartë të Arteve Figurative në Tiranë.

Në Gusht 1992 ai shkoi si emigrant në Athinë, Greqi. Më 27 Korrik 2001 u emërua Drejtor i Kulturës në Bashkinë e Durrësit. Më 07 Janar 2005 emërohet Drejtor pranë Drejtorisë Rajonale të Monumenteve të Kulturës Durrës. Nga 26 korriku 2006 e në vazhdim Idrizi është marrë me krijimtari artistike e biznes privat (biznes i vogël).

Skulptori Idriz Balani për nga koncepti i shkollës që ka kryer, por edhe nga formimi i tij, ushtron veprimtarinë  në fushën e Artit Realist të kavaletit dhe atij monumental.

Në kushtet historiko- kulturore që po kalon sot Shqipëria, në tranzicionin nga sistemi komunist në atë demokratik, si dhe shpallja e Pavarësisë së shtetit të Kosovës, si pjesë e kombit shqiptar, krijuan mundësi që skulptori Idriz Balani të thellohet në tematikën historike. Pjesë e krijimtarisë  së tij janë heronjtë dhe dëshmorët e kombit shqiptar në shekuj. Shumë nga veprat e tij janë të vendosura në Durrës, Fier e Sarandë, në Shqipëri, si dhe në Prishtinë, Pejë, Deçan, Mitrovicë, Prekaz e Viti, në Kosovë. Ai ka marrë pjesë në ekspozita, në kuadër të Akademisë Europiane të Artit në Paris, Zvicër e Belgjikë. Skulptori Idriz Balani një pjesë të veprave i ka në koleksione private në Francë, Itali, Greqi e Rumani.

Skulptori Idriz Balani gjatë gjithë karrierës së tij artistike i është përkushtuar punës dhe ka realizuar shumë vepra. Busti monumental i dëshmorit Telat Noga, 1984, i vendosur në lulishten para ish fabrikës së cigareve Durrës, ku është edhe sot, është një ndër veprat e para artistike.

Në bashkëpunim me skulptoren Liljana Çika, në vitin 1987, Idrizi ka realizuar basorelievin monumental triptik “Mësim  Punë  Kalitje”, i cili është vendosur në fasadën e Shkollës së Mesme të përgjithëshme “Leonik Tomeo” në Durrës.

Në bashkautorësi me skulptorin Dhimitër Harallambi, në vitin 1988 ka realizuar monumentin kushtuar “Çetës së Kavajës”, formacion luftarak shqiptar në Luftën e Dytë Botërore, vendosur në fshatin Çetë, Kavajë.

Në vitin 2005 në bashkëpunim me skulptorin Qazim Kërtusha ka realizuar monumentin e Atdhetarit Haxhi Zeka, vendosur në qytetin e Pejës, Kosovë .

Në vitin 2007 ka realizuar bustin e Presidentit të pare të Kosovës, Ibrahim Rugova, i cili është i vendosur në Sallën e Kuvendit Komunal, Pejë.

Po në vitin 2007 në bashkëpunim me skulptorin Qazim Kërtusha, ka realizuar bustin e Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu, vendosur në oborrin e Shkollës, që mban emrin e tij në fshatin Blinisht, Pejë.

Në vitin 2008 në qytetin e Durrësit ka realizuar veprën skulpturore kushtuar Skulptorit të Merituar Sabri Tuçi, vendosur pranë murit rrethues mesjetar.

Në vitin 2010 në qytetin e Pejës ka vendosur bustin monumental të Atdhetarit, Intelektualit, Heroit të Kombit, Enver Hadri.

Në shkurt 2011 ka inaguruar në qytetin e Pejës bustin tors të Akademikut Dr. Prof.  Ali Hadri.

Në 3 maj 2011 ka inaguruar bustin monumental në mermer të Heroit të Kombit Agim Ramadani, i cili është vendosur në ambjentet e brëndshme të qendrës rekreative Katana, në Obiliq, Prishtinë.

Idriz Balani ka marrë pjesë në shumë ekspozita të rrethit të Durrësit, ekspozita Kombëtare, si dhe në disa konkurse ndërkombëtare.

Ka marrë pjesë në konkursin ndërkombëtar në Shkup kushtuar Heroit Legjendar Gjergj Kastriot Skënderbeu.

Ka marrë pjesë në konkursin kushtuar Nënë Terezës, pranë Katedrales që po ndërtohet në Prishtinë.

Në dhjetor 2010 ka fituar konkursin për shtatoren e Isa Boletinit, i cili është vendosur në fshatin Isniq të Deçanit dhe në Mitrovicë në kuadër të 100 vjetorit të Shtetit Shqiptar .

Në janar 2012 ka inaguruar në qytetin e Pejës bustin monumental të intelektualit e atdhetarit të shquar Jusuf Gërvalla.

Në janar 2012 në kuadër të konkursit  “Flaka e Janarit”, që zhvillohet në Gjilan, është nderuar me “Mirënjohje”, në fushën e Artit Pamor.

Në prill 2012 është fitues i “Çmimit të Publikut”, për realizimin e koncept-idesë “Varreza monumentale e eksodit të shqiptarëve të Çamërisë” në Qafë Botë (Kllogjer), Sarandë.

Ai ka marrë pjesë në konkursin ndërkombëtar, kushtuar Ismail Qemalit.

Më 12 tetor 2012 në fshatin Isniq të Deçanit ka inaguruar shtatoren e atdhetarit, Heroit të kombit, Isa Boletini.

Është pjesëmarrës i përhershëm i ekspozitës “Pranverë Art”, që hapet çdo vit në pranverë, pranë Muzeut Kombëtar, Tiranë.

Më 21 Nëntor 2012 në Pejë u inagurua busti (tors) i atdhetarit Bedri Pejani, njërit nga firmëtarët e aktit të pavarësisë, vendosur në oborrin e Shkollës së Mesme të Përgjithshme, që mban emrin e tij.

Më 24 nëntor 2012 në një nga sheshet e Mitrovicës u inagurua shtatorja e Gjeneralit të Pavarësisë, Isa Boletini.

Më 08 Maj 2013 në oborrin e kullës së tij në Prekaz u inagurua shtatorja e atdhetarit e luftëtarit, njërit prej njerëzve më të afërt të Isa Boletinit e Hasan Prishtinës, Ahmet Delia.

Më 17 Shtator 2013 në oborrin e shkollës “Bajram Curri” në fshatin Strellc të Deçanit, Kosovë, dhe pranë bustit të tij u inagurua busti i njërit prej themeluesve të kësaj shkolle dhe për shumë vite drejtori saj, Dëshmori Haki Povataj, rënë  heroikisht në dhomat e torturës nga policia serbe.

Më 15 Maj 2014 po në Strellc në “Varrezat e Dëshmoreve” të këtij fshati, u inaguruan 20 medalione, nga një për secilin dëshmor.

Më 02 Nëntor 2014 në Fshatin Ninat, Sarandë, u inagurua busti i Poetit Disident Çam Bilal Xhaferri, pranë muzeut, që ndërtoi familja e tij.

Më 27 Nëntor 2014 në qytetin e Vitisë, Kosovë, u inagurua busti i Ambasadorit Amerikan Richard Holbrooke.

Më 24 Prill 2015 në komunën Ishëm të rrethit Durrës u inagurua busti i Klerikut Atdhetar Sheh Adem Roda.

Më 25 Maj 2015 në fshatin Strellc të Deçanit, Kosovë, u inagurua busti i dëshmorit Ismet Ukaj.

Më 04 Korrik 2015 në qytetin e Fierit u inagurua busti i ambasadorit Richard Holbrooke (kopje e asaj të Vitisë), të cilat janë realizuar me inisiativë të Misionit Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet.

Më 10 Gusht 2015 në fshatin Duraj të Kaçanikut, Kosovë, u inagurua busti tors i atdhetarit Avdyl Duraj.

Gjatë karrierës së tij, Idriz Balani ka marrë vlerësime të ndryshme. Më 15 Dhjetor 2011, Shoqata  Patriotike “Çamëria” dega Durrës, i jep Çertifikatë Mirënjohjeje. Më 5 Nëntor 2012 Misionit Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet i dha titullin Misionar Paqeje, Këshilltar Nderi i këtij misioni prestigjioz. Më 26 Prill 2013 kryetari i Bashkisë së qytetit Durrës Vangjush Dako i jep titullin Mirënjohje e Qytetit me motivacion: Për kontributin e dhënë në skulpturën shqiptare, veçanërisht në përjetësimin e figurave tona historike”.

Idriz Balani gjithashtu dallohet për kontributin e tij në komunitet. Ai është intelektual me shpirt bamirësi. Si një njeri bamirës dhe misionar ai i është përkushtuar edhe Kauzës së Paqes.

Idriz Balanisi Misionar i Paqes ka disa vjet që bashkëpunon me organizatën ndërkombëtare Misioni Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet, pjesë e OKB-së.

Intelektuali Idriz Balani ka disa vite që është një Këshilltar Nderi i Misionit Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet.

Shaqir Shabani – The Living Legend of Peace Missions

Shaqir Shabani was born on July 18, 1944 in Gjylekare, Kosovo, an area which is now known with the name Skifteraj. He was born precisely in the most difficult times for this area, the survival period, almost apocalyptic. When Shaqiri was born, this area was facing the assault of Kosovo-Macedonian brigades. In order to survive, Shabani family, like many other families, were organized in guerrilla groups to escape extinction.

After a certain age, Shaqiri experienced difficult moments of his youth, but at a young age he showed special qualities compared to his peers. Shaqiri was only 10 years old when he reacted in his own way against the Communists who led the weapons collection action.

After participating in the demonstrations of 1968 in Ferizaj, Shaqiri decided to go to Albania with the noble goal of a genuine organization for the liberation of Kosovo but, upon entering Albania, all his hopes and illusions on Albania  overturned. During his stay in Albania Shaqir ended up in jail for 11 months and was interned for 13 months, and immediately after his release he returned to his family in Kosovo. After returning Shaqiri noted that his family was immersed in deep poverty and that it had survived thanks to the generosity of people.

He moved to Ferizaj to stay closer to patriotic intellectuals. In the period 1970-1980 he was constantly on the move thinking and acting in different ways both legal and illegal for the construction of a strategy to counter the communist regime which led Kosovo. In the same period in ’70 -’80, Shaqir made efforts to get educated because previously he had no other option because of the circumstances at the time. He finished the elementary school in Pozheran, Viti, then he continued the administrative high school in Mitrovica, and finished by registering in the Faculty of Law at the University of Pristine.

Later, he was offered a job in Wood Processing Factory in Ferizaj as a carpenter. Given his rebellious spirit and the possibility that he might be imprisoned, Shaqir sold his house in Ferizaj and moved to Pristine.

For the second time, Shaqir was forced to flee, to escape and settle in Switzerland in 1978. Initially his activity was focused on the formation of the Albanian clubs and organizing Albanian national and cultural activities. Shaqir’s contributions in these activities were enormous, starting from the financial ones, a person who merged all his wealth in favor of the national cause. Shaqiri These activities were followed closely by the Swiss authorities and fearing of any reckless activity, they put him on the list of state-risk individuals and deported him from Switzerland in 1984. Forced by the circumstances, Shaqir emigrated to France to search asylum, which he won very quickly.

He settled in Lyon, France and immediately founded the Cultural Association “Rugova” through which he conducted numerous cultural and charity activities. Later he established the sub-branch of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) in Lyon, France and was elected its chairman. He has conducted a busy activity within the structures of LDK and is known as an ardent sympathizer and courageous militant.

After 19 years, he goes back to Kosovo and settles in Bibaj, Ferizaj.  He opens immediately the sub-branch of LDK for Bibaj village, Women’s Forum of LDK, contributed to the victory of LDK in Ferizaj and continues to be its tireless activist.

In 2015 the chairman of the LDK branch in Ferizaj, Mr. Muharrem Sfarqa gave him an acknowledgement for his contributions to Kosovo as an example to be followed.

Shaqiri has an association archive where one can find hundreds of letters sent to foreign and international diplomats of powerful states. Among others, it  should be noted the communication with letters and powerful heads of state such as with Clinton, Blair and Sarkozy. So, he is a prominent intellectual of international dimensions, a rare activist who works passionately for the protection of human rights worldwide, a charitable man who never spares his support for the social classes in need, a personality who promotes the education and upbringing  of young generations with the traditional culture of their countries and the culture of peace.

Shaqir Shabani is a born peace missionary, is a living legend in the service of social inter-community peace. Precisely for his unquestionable values, as a personality that works for world peace, the International Organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, accredited to the UN, USA, EU, etc., has honored him with the title of Peace Missionary in 2015 and Honorary Member of its global structures .

Shaqir Shabani – Legjenda e Gjallë e Misioneve të Paqes

Shaqir Shabani u lind më 18 korrik 1944 në Gjylekare, Kosovë, zonë e njohur tani me emrin Skifteraj. Ai u lind pikërisht në periudhën më të rëndë për këto anë, periudhë e mbijetesës, gati apokaliptike. Në kohën kur Shaqiri ka lindur, kjo anë është ballafaquar me sulmin e brigadave maqedono-kosovare. Për të mbijetuar, familja Shabani, njëlloj si shumë familje të tjera, u organizuan në grupe guerilesh për t’i shpëtuar shfarosjes.

Pas një moshe të caktuar, Shaqiri përjetoi momente të rënda të rinisë së tij, por qysh herët ai tregoi cilësi të veçanta ndaj bashkëmoshatarëve. Ishte vetëm 10 vjeç kur Shaqiri reagonte në mënyrën e vet kundër komunistëve që udhëhiqnin aksionin e mbledhjes së armëve.

Pas pjesëmarrjes në demonstratat e vitit 1968 në Ferizaj, Shaqiri vendosi të shkojë në Shqipëri me qëllimin fisnik për një organizim të mirëfilltë për çlirimin e Kosovës, por, me të hyrë në Shqipëri, u përmbysën të gjitha shpresat dhe iluzionet mbi Shqipërinë. Gjatë qëndrimit në Shqipëri Shaqja përfundoi në burg për 11 muaj dhe u internua për 13 muaj, dhe menjëherë pas lirimit të tij u kthye në Kosovë pranë familjes së tij. Pas kthimit Shaqiri vërejti familjen e zhytur në varfëri të thellë dhe se kishte mbijetuar falë bujarisë së njerëzve.

Ishte shpërngulur në Ferizaj për të qëndruar më afër intelektualëve atdhetare. Në periudhën 1970-1980 ishte në lëvizje të përhershme duke menduar dhe vepruar në forma të ndryshme legale dhe ilegale në ndërtimin e një strategjie për t’iu kundërvënë regjimit komunist që drejtonte Kosovën. Po në të njëjtën periudhë në vitet ’70-’80 Shaqiri bëri përpjekje për tu shkolluar për shkak se përpara nuk kishte patur mundësi të tjera për shkak të rrethanave të asaj kohe. Ai kreu shkollën tetëvjeçare në Pozheran të Vitisë, vazhdoi shkollën e mesme administrativo-juridike në Mitrovicë dhe përfundoi me regjistrimin e Fakultetit Juridik në Universitetin e Prishtinës.

Më vonë, atij iu ofrua një vend pune në Fabrikën e Përpunimit të Drurit në Ferizaj si zdrukthtar. Duke patur parasysh shpirtin e tij rebel dhe mundësinë se mund të burgoset, Shaqiri shet shtëpinë në Ferizaj dhe shpërngulet në Prishtinë.

Për herë të dytë, Shaqiri detyrohet të ikë, të arratiset dhe të vendoset në Zvicër më 1978. Veprimtaria e tij në fillim përqëndrohej në formimin e klubeve shqiptare dhe organizimin e aktiviteteve kulturore dhe kombëtare shqiptare. Kontributet e Shaqirit në këto aktivitete ishin kolosale, duke filluar nga ato financiare, i cili shkriu tërë pasurinë në dobi të çështjes kombëtare. Këto aktivitete të Shaqirit u përcollën me vëmendje nga organet zvicerane dhe nga frika për ndonjë veprimtari të pamatur, e futën në listën e individëve me rrezikshmëri shtetërore dhe e dëbuan nga Zvicra në vitin 1984. I detyruar nga rrethanat, Shaqiri emigroi në Francë për të kërkuar strehim politik, të cilin e fitoi shumë shpejt.

Ai u vendos në Lion të Francës dhe menjëherë themeloi Shoqatën Kulturore “Rugova” përmes të cilës zhvilloi aktivitete të shumta kulturore dhe bamirësie. Më vonë themeloi nëndegën e Lidhjes Demokratike të Kosovës (LDK) në Lion të Francës dhe u zgjodh kryetar i saj. Ai ka zhvilluar një veprimtari të ngjeshur brenda strukturave të LDK dhe njihet si një simpatizant i flaktë dhe militant i guximshëm.

Pas 19 vitesh rikthehet në Kosovë dhe vendoset në Bibaj, në Ferizaj. Menjëherë formon nëndegën e LDK për fshatin Bibaj, Forumin e Gruas të LDK , kontribuoi në fitoren e LDK në Ferizaj dhe vazhdon të jetë veprimtar i palodhshëm i saj.

Në vitin 2015 kryetari i Degës së LDK në Ferizaj, Z. Muharrem Sfarqa i dha një mirënjohje për kontributin e tij për Kosovën si një shembull që duhet ndjekur.

Shaqiri ka një arkiv shoqate ku njeriu mund të gjejë qindra letra dërguar diplomatëve të huaj dhe ndërkombëtarë të shteteve të fuqishme. Ndër të tjera duhet theksuar komunikimi me letra dhe me presidentë të shteteve të fuqishme  si me Klinton, Bler dhe Sarkozy. Pra, ai është një intelektual i shquar i përmasave ndëkombëtare, një aktivist i rrallë që punon plot pasion për mbrojtjen e të drejtave të njeriut kudo në botë, një bamirës që nuk kursehet për mbështetjen e shtresave shoqërore në nevojë, një personalitet që nxit arsimimin dhe edukimin e brezave të rinj me kulturën tradicionaleve të vendeve të tyre dhe me kulturën e paqes.

Shaqir Shabani është një misionar paqeje i lindur, është një legjendë e gjallë në shërbim të paqes sociale ndërkomunitare. Pikërisht për vlerat e tij të padiskutueshme, si personalitet që punon për paqen botërore, Organizata Ndërkombëtare Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, akredituar në UN, USA, EU, etj., e nderoi me titullin Misionar Paqeje 2015 dhe Anëtar Nderi i strukturave të saj botërore.

Vangjel Mita and the Albanian State Protocol

Vangjel Mita was born on October 12, 1948, in a patriotic family from Myzeqe. He spent his childhood in his hometown, Bubullime, Lushnje, where he finished the primary and elementary school.

In 1961-65, Vangjel finished the pedagogical school in Elbasan and graduated as an excellent student.

In 1965-69, he finished his studies at the Faculty of Philology, branch of Geography- History and at the Faculty of Political Sciences, branch of Journalism.

In January 1970, Vangjel Mita was appointed editor of the Albanian Telegraphic Agency.

In 1972-75 he conducted the postgraduate course of diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in 1975 was appointed diplomat in Phnom Phen, Cambodia.

In 1978-82, Vangjel Mita was given various functions in diplomatic sectors in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In 1983-85, he worked in the film enterprise “Kino studio New Albania”.

In 1985-89 Vangjel Mita, diplomat, worked in the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and in 1990-92 served as office-holder of the Albanian Embassy in Prague, Czech Republic with the post of Chargé D’affaires P.M.

In 1998-2015, he worked in the Foreign Relations Service of Albanian Parliament, as Chief of Protocol and secretary of the delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Strasbourg, France.

Vangjel Mita is a personality and one of the best professionals who with his long work has given values to the Albanian State Protocol. You often hear him expressing himself about his work that Protocol, the mirror of  the state, is what “makes the sun and rain” in the design and implementation of programs of official visits and festive ceremonies, etc. Thus, the protocol service, his specialists, in the treatment and reception of foreign highest political and diplomatic personalities, are those who honor, provide a hospitality sentiment or unfavorable impression on the country’s image.

Vangjel Mita is also distinguished for his contributions to the community. He is an intellectual with a charitable spirit. As a charitable and missionary man he is committed to the Cause of Peace.

Vangeli Mita as a Peace Missionary, has been collaborating for several years with the international organization Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity, part of  UN.

The intellectual Vangjel Mita is a Diplomatic Advisor of Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity.

By  proposal of Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, Vangjel Mita has been honored with a Honoris Causa Doctorate Degree on International Diplomacy by the Academy of Universal  Global Peace on 30 October 2015.

Vangjel Mita dhe Protokolli i Shtetit Shqiptar

Vangjel Mita u lind më 12 tetor 1948 , në një familje myzeqare atdhetare. Ai e kaloi fëmijërinë në vendlindje, Bubullime -Lushnje, ku kreu edhe shkollën  fillore dhe 8-vjeçare.

Në vitet 1961-65, Vangjeli kreu  shkollën e mesme pedagogjike në Elbasan dhe u diplomua shkëlqyshëm.

Në vitet 1965-69, kreu studimet e larta në Fakultetin e Filologjisë, dega Histori-Gjeografi si dhe Fakultetin Shkencat Politike, dega Gazetari.

Në Janar 1970, Vangjeli Mita u emërua redaktor në Agjensinë Telegrafike Shqiptare.

Në 1972-75 ai kreu kursin pasuniversitar të diplomacisë pranë Ministrisë së Punëve të Jashtme, dhe në 1975 u emërua diplomat në Phnom Phen, Kamboxhia.

Në vitet 1978-82, Vangjel Mita u ngarkua me funksione të ndryshme në sektorët diplomatikë në Ministrinë e Punëve të Jashtme.

Në vitet 1983-85, ai ka punuar  në ndërrmarrjen e filmit Kinostudio Shqipëria e Re.

Në vitet 1985-89 Vangjel Mita diplomat, punoi në kabinetin e Ministrit të Punëve të Jashtme dhe në vitet 1990-92 shërbeu si titullar i Ambasadës Shqiptare në Pragë, Rebublika Çeke, i ngarkuar me punë chargé d’affaires p.m.

Në vitet 1998-2015, ai  ka punuar në Shërbimin e marrëdhënieve me Jashtë të Kuvendit të Shqipërisë, Shef i Protokollit dhe sekretar i delegacionit në Asamblenë Parlamentare të Këshillit të Evropës, Strasburg, Francë.

Vangjel Mita është një personalitet dhe  një nga profesionistët më të mirë që me punën e tij shumëvjeçare i ka dhënë vlera Protokollit të Shtetit Shqiptar. Atë e dëgjon të shprehet shpesh për punën e tij se Protokolli , pasqyra e shtetit, është ai që “bën diellin dhe shiun” në hartimin dhe realizimin e programeve të vizitave zyrtare dhe ceremonive festive,etj.  Pra, Shërbimi  protokollar, specialistët e tij,  në trajtimin dhe pritjen e personaliteteve të huaja më të larta politike e diplomatike, janë ata që e nderojnë,  i japin ndjenjë mikëpritjes ose krijojnë përshtypje  jo favorizuese për imazhin e vendit.

Vangjel Mita gjithashtu dallohet për kontributin e tij në komunitet. Ai është intelektual me shpirt bamirësi. Si një njeri bamirës dhe misionar ai i është përkushtuar edhe Kauzës së Paqes.

Vangjel Mita si Misionar i Paqes ka disa vjet që bashkëpunon me organizatën ndërkombëtare Misioni Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet, pjesë e OKB-së.

Intelektuali Vangjel Mita është një Këshilltar Diplomatik i Misionit Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet.

Me propozim të Misionit Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet, Vangjel Mita është nderuar me Dokturaturë Honoris Causa për Diplomaci Ndërkombëtare nga Akademia e Paqes Universale Botërore më 30 Tetor 2015.

Richard Holbrooke turns the city of Fier into celebration

On Saturday, 4 July 2015, was the celebration of the Independence of the United States, which Albanians recall with high respect and gratitude for the valuable contribution that  USA has given to Albania, Kosovo and  Albanians wherever they are.

On Saturday, 4 July 2015, exactly on this significant day for the Americans, but also for the well-wishers of this great democratic nation, on the occasion of the anniversary of Independence of the US, Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity (DMPP), in close collaboration with the Municipality of Fier, Albania organized a very beautiful  ceremony in one of the centers of Fier, where they placed together the bust of the great American political and diplomatic personality – Richard Holbrooke.

The figure of Ambassador Holbrooke is very well known for his devoted diplomacy, full of successes and tireless. Albanians, and not only them, express deep gratitude for the valuable contribution of Ambassador Holbrooke, which he has given to peace in the Balkans, the Albanian issue, and in particular a major contribution to Kosovo.

Fier On Saturday, 4 July 2015 really turned into a very nice and exciting celebration, where music, song and group of dancers resounded as if they were flying, which created a very nice festive atmosphere.

The bust of the great diplomat Richard Holbrooke, stood proud, but covered, as if he wanted to say, “Unveil me when I hear the anthem of the USA”, states for which he worked very hard all his life.

The ceremony had many guests, who participated in the inauguration of the bust of Ambassador Holbrooke, with protagonists of the ceremony Dr. Shefki Hysa, Chairman of the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity (DMPP) and Mayor of Fier Dr. Baftjar Zeqaj, as well as the newly elected Mayor Armando Subashi, members of parliament, politicians, executives from Kosovo, representatives of the Albanian diaspora in the US, and many local authorities.

Initially the Albanian Flag anthem was respected and then the US national anthem, and after this moment, the beautiful bust of Ambassador Holbrooke realized artistically by the Albanian sculptor Idriz Balani, was unveiled and  inaugurated by Dr. Shefki Hysa and the Mayor Fier, Dr. Baftjar Zeqaj, a gesture that was applauded by all participants.

On this occasion many political speakers, member of parliaments and others held their speech. After several speeches, all participants were invited to a cocktail organized and sponsored by the well-known – Baftjar Zeqaj, Mayor  of Fier, a figure in the service of Fier community for many years. After the cocktail, many of the people present were invited for lunch.

I would like to emphasize that the celebrations and central personalities of the US, are celebrated and remembered more by the civil society, various organizations and personalities in collaboration such as this superb ceremony organized by Dr. Shefki Hysa and Bafjar Zeqaj, than by the Albanian state itself.

Humbling with respect and gratitude towards the figure of the outstanding diplomat -Richard Holbrooke, we congratulate and rejoice that such ceremonial events for senior representatives of the US, will be organized even more, expressing respect and gratitude for what America has done for Albanians wherever they are. It is America, the country which has contributed the maximum and has vetoed historically the existence of Albania in 1912, when the old Europe was partitioning the Albanian lands, it is America which vetoed in 1999 in the liberation of Kosovo, expressing respect, appreciation, gratitude and love to those who defended us and helped us everywhere for peace and prosperity, we have to give these US great personalities – a big thanks.

Richard HOLBROOKE kthen në festë qytetin e Fierit

Të shutnën, 4 Korrik 2015, ishte festa e Pavarësisë së SHBA-ve, gjë që shqiptarët e kujtojnë më shumë respekt dhe mirënjohje për atë kontribut të çmuar që ka dhënë Amerika për Shqipërinë, Kosovën dhe për shqiptarët në tërësi.

Të shtunën, 4 Korrik 2015 pikërisht në këtë ditë të shënuar për amerikanët, por edhe për dashamirët e këtij kombi të madh demokratik, me rastin e përvjetorit të Pavarësisë të SHBA-ve, Misioni Diplomatik për Paqe dhe Prosperitet (DMPP), në bashkëpunim të ngushtë me Bashkinë Fier, Shqipëri, organizuan një ceremoni shumë të bukur në një nga qëndrat e Fierit, ku sëbashku vendosën bustin e personalitetit të madh politik dhe diplomatik amerikan – Richard HOLBROOKE.

Figura e ambasadorit HOLBROOKE njihet mjaft mirë për diplomacinë e tij të përkushtuar, plot suksese dhe të palodhur. Shqiptarët, por jo vetëm, shprehin mirënjohje të thellë për kontributin e çmuar të Ambasadorit HOLBROOKE, që ka dhënë për paqen në Rajonin e Ballkanit, për çështjen shqiptare, dhe në veçanti një kontribut të madh për Kosovën.
Të shutnën, 4 Korrik 2015, qyteti i Fierit vërtet u kthye në një festë shumë të bukur dhe plot emocione, ku kumbonte muzika, kënga dhe grupi i valltarëve sikur fluturonin, të cilët krijuan një atmosferë shumë të bukur festive.

Busti i dipolmatit të madh Richard HOLBROOKE, qëndronte krenar, por i mbuluar, sikur donte të thoshte: “Më zbuloni kur të dëgjoj himnin e SHBA-ve”, shtete për të cilët punoi me shumë përkushtim tërë jetën e tij.

Në këtë ceremoni kishte shumë të ftuar, që morën pjesë në përurimin e bustit të Ambasadorit HOLBROOKE, me protagonistët e kësaj ceremonie Dr. Shefki Hysa, Shef i Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity (DMPP) dhe Kryetari i Bashkisë Fier Dr. Baftjar Zeqaj, gjithashtu edhe kryetari i sapo zgjedhur Armando Subashi, deputetë të kuvendit, politikanë, pushtetarë nga Kosova, përfaqësues nga Diaspora Shqiptare në SHBA, edhe autoritete vendore të shumtë.

Fillimisht u respektua himni Flamurit Shqiptar e pastaj himni i SHBA-ve, dhe pas këtij momenti, busti shumë i bukur i Ambasadorit HOLBROOKE i realizuar artistikisht nga skulptori shqiptar Idriz balani, zbulohet e përurohet nga Dr. Shefki Hysa dhe Kryetari i Bashkisë Fier, Dr. Baftjar Zeqaj, gjest që u duartrokit nga të gjithë pjesëmarësit.

Me këtë rast mbajtën fjalën shumë oratorë të politikës, deputetë e të tjerë. Mbas disa fjalimeve, të gjithë pjesëmarësit u ftuan në një koktelil të organizuar dhe sponsorizuar nga i mirënjohuri – Baftjar Zeqaj, Kryetari në largim i Bashkisë Fier, një figurë shumë vjeçare në shërbim të komunitetit fierak. Mbas kokteilit, mjaft të pranishëm u ftuan për drekë.

Dua të theksoj se festat dhe figurat qëndrore të SHBA-ve, më shumë festohen dhe përkujtohen nga shoqëria civile, nga organizata të ndryshme dhe nga personalitete në bashkëpunim siç është rasti i këtij ceremoniali të shkëlqyer të organizuar nga Dr. Shefki Hysa dhe Bafjar Zeqaj, se sa nga vetë shteti shqiptar.

Duke u përulur me repekt e mirënjohje para figurës së diplomatit të shquar -Richard HOLBROOKE, urojmë dhe gëzojmë që organizime të tilla ceremoniale për përfaqësues të lartë të SHBA-ve, të bëhen sa më shumë duke shprehur respekt dhe mirënjohje për atë që Amerika ka bërë pë shqiptarët kudo që janë. Eshtë Amerika, shteti i cili ka kontribuar maksimalisht dhe ka vendosur historikisht veton për egzistencën e Shqipërisë më 1912, kur Europa plakë po i copëzonte trojet shqiptare, është Amerika që vendosi veton më 1999 në çlirimin e Kosovës, ndaj duke shprehur respekt, vlerërsime, mirënjohje dhe dashuri për ata që na mbrojtën dhe na kanë ndihmuar kudo për paqe e prosperitet, duhet t’u themi këtyre personaliteteve të mëdha amerikane – një FALENDERIM të madh.

Keti Bazhdari – The Albanian Girl who dreams of beautifying her birthplace, Shkoder

Keti Bazhdari was born on 28 April 1980, in Shkoder, Albania, in a civil family from generations, with traditions and good name, where are combined the entrepreneurial spirit with the artistic one. She attended the elementary school and high school in “Jordan Misja” in her native city with excellent results at school and different competitions, specifically in the exact sciences, where she was distinguished for her innate talent in physics.

In 1998, after finishing high school she decides painfully, like most of young people in those dark years, to leave Albania in order to study in Italy, in Rome. There she would have all the support of her family who lived there and the possibility to study in nuclear engineering mostly because of her talent and good results.

After a short period in emigration and a longing for homeland that came growing above her passion for science and good chances for living and studying in Rome, the responsibility to return and serve in her native city prevailed. She returned in 1998 convinced not to leave never again.

She resumed her university studies in Finance, but now in Albania, at the University “Luigi Gurakuqi”, a branch that would help her to consolidate her dream: To work to beautify Shkoder.

In 2011 she received the title Master in Public Administration and Public Policy in the Economic Faculty of the University “Marin Barleti”, in Tirana. After that, at the age of 21, she entered the business, alone without any support, but with the iron will that characterizes her.

Today her business is among the most powerful in its field, employing hundreds of workers. But her goal was never business, nor money. Her passion to build Shkoder, her place, never released her. Business was just the tool in the service of this goal.

Her activity in business is closely associated with the contributions in the field of philanthropy and charity.

After 2007 this activity is structured in a systematic financial support by assisting almost all areas of arts in Shkoder, social activities and marginalized groups.

In December 2013, she was evaluated with “Philanthropy Award” for her contribution as an individual, given by Partners Albania in cooperation with the international foundation “Rockefeller Brothers”, with the motivation: “For the special contribution in the field of art and culture in support of young artists and the enrichment of cultural life in the city of Shkoder, as well as for the continuous support for vulnerable groups”.

In December 2014, she established the Foundation CATI or Civic Alliance towards Integrity, a foundation in non-stop support and in the service of society.

In 2009 Keti entered politics and within short time, through a strong lobbying, but also supported by the chairman of the Socialist Party Mr. Edi Rama, in December 2010, she is elected chairman of this party for Shkoder, giving a strong contribution to the organization, enhancing the quality of participation and performance of this political force.

From 2011 onwards Member Keti Bazhdari is Member of the Municipal Council Shkoder. From 2012 to 2013, Keti has been Leader of the working group for the former political persecuted. From 2012 onwards Bazhdari is Vice President of the Socialist Women’s Forum.

Keti Bazhdari is the Mayoral candidate for Shkoder of the left coalition “Alliance for European Albania” in the local elections on 21 June 2015.

The Journalist Zenel Çeliku – A Missionary of free speech

Zenel Çeliku was born on August 8, 1956, in Quarter 3, Tirana, in one of the most popular and most beautiful neighborhoods of the Albanian capital. His childhood has been associated with education, literature and football, for which he had a great passion, but he had a more innate talent in literature and in football.

Zenel Çeliku has completed the economic high school, the technology high school, the mechanical high school and the trade high school. At school he was one of those young people who wrote for the newspaper “The Youth” about literature and physical education. At a young age, his dream was to become a journalist, but the reality was far from the dream of that time.

At the age 18, Zeneli underwent the military service, which he completed well and without any problem. In two years of military service, he has written for the newspaper “The Warrior” many articles regarding sports activities in the Albanian army. After completing his military service, he returned to work and was also devoted to the university studies with much effort, but he never grew apart from football. At the same time he worked in the mechanical enterprise OAN and for the Social Service in Tirana.

In 1990, he finished the economic faculty with great difficulty considering his circumstances. After 1992, with the collapse of the communist system, Zeneli was one of the activists of the Democratic Party, as hundreds and thousands of Albanians, who aspired for an “Albania like all Europe”.

In those years he started dealing with small private business. Besides business, he continued to write many articles in  the newspaper “The Light” about the Albanian literature.

From 1993 to 1995, after a great work with a lot of efforts, Zeneli established a productive and legal private business.

Meanwhile, a strong call aroused every day in his soul. His desire to make his youth dream come true, to become a professional journalist was getting clearer. During this time he had published many articles in the daily press. He worked a lot also with the “Democratic Tribune” newspaper, as an outside journalist. However, he was not calm thinking that he should devote himself to journalism professionally, as he once dreamed.

Napoleon Roshi, one of the oldest and most talented Albanian journalists, often told him that “You, Zenel, are a boy with an innate talent for journalism so work hard in this direction. And it happened so, his wish came true after so many efforts.

In May 1995, Zenel Çeliku invested and established the first private independent news agency in Albania, called ” Albanian Independent News Agency (AINA) TIR-FAX”. For about a year he had problems with the politics of the time to register this agency, but finally he won this battle. On August 1996, the agency “Albanian Independent News Agency (AINA) TIR-FAX”, was crowned with the decision of the Court of Tirana and therefore Zenel Çeliku started a long beautiful loving and very hard journey, on his way to the professional journalist. His youthful dream had already come true.

In May 1998, working hard and with great dedication to this beautiful and very respectable but also difficult profession, Zeneli became a member with full rights in the International Press Institute, based in Vienna .

In June 2000, he became a member with full rights in the International Center of Journalists, based in Washington.

In October 2004, Zenel Çeliku became a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, based in Paris. During this time, he participated in about 11 training in the US and some European countries.

After a very dedicated work in the professional journalism, the awaited result finally came: Zenel Çeliku was rated highly in journalism. On May 18, 2012, the World Convention of New York gave him the grand prize “GOLD New York 2012”, as well as the highly prestigious award “Excellence”.

But he did not stop there. Zeneli won and deserved other assessments as well. On March 23, 2014, the International Organization of the Assessment of Personalities from various fields “OKAK”, honored him as a devoted journalist with the prestigious award “Global for Excellence, Quality & Ideal Performance “.

So the journalist Zenel Çeliku invested his talent in the beautiful profession of journalism, but after too many commitments, his efforts and sacrifices were rewarded. Now he feels very appreciated, very proud and very happy for these consecutive successes.

The high achievements in journalism motivate Zenel more and more everyday to continue the successful and hard way in his profession as a journalist in the service of peace and prosperity throughout the world.

Zenel Çeliku is already a prominent personality in the field of international journalism with major contributions in the service of world peace. For his values as a humanist intellectual, as a warrior of free thought and free speech and as a prominent activist in the field of protection of human rights, based on the principles of the United Nations, in December 2014, Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, International Lobbying Organization, based in Albania, accredited to the UN, EU, USA, etc., has honored him with the title of  Peace Missionary and Honorary Member of this mission.

The Albanian prominent journalist Zenel Çeliku, as part of the honorary structures of Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, is dedicated with all his soul in service of world peace under the example of the giant peacemakers such as Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mandela, and other peace warriors such as Rugova and  Arbnori in the Balkans.

The journalist Zenel Çeliku works inspired by the motto: Being a peace missionary, means to be a messenger of God on earth, in defense of the values of humanity.
