Ylli Sula was born in Tirana, Albania on 01.08.1966, in a family with early patriotic traditions. Ylli Sula was grown up and brought up in the capital city Tirana where he finished the elementary and primary school. In 1981, he registered in the High School of Foreign Languages “Asim Vokshi” in Tirana and graduated in 1985.
After finishing the high school, in 1985, Ylli Sula started his studies in the University of Tirana where he graduated in French Language, Literature and Civilization. In 1989, he graduated and was distinguished as one of the most brilliant students of his generation. In continuation of his studies, in 1992, Ylli Sula was admitted to University of Lion, “Lumieres, Lyon 2”, France. He specialized in the language of image, in the branch of Literature and modern media with excellent results in 1994.
In 2013, Ylli Sula decides to continue his doctorate studies in the University of Tirana in literature.
In 1991, Ylli Sula started working in the Embassy of France in Albania. For around two years, he worked in this institution as office assistant and translator. The work in this prestigious international institution gave him the opportunity to educate himself with the values of a man of missions in service of the cultures that feed the peace and world civilization.
In 1994, Ylli Sula he worked as a tour operator and for around four years he dealt mainly with the organization of tour and cultural travels for French tourists, and also accompaniment of the journalists of the most popular French medias.
In 1998, Ylli Sula established his own company ÇELESI MEDIA GROUP. As the Executive Director of this company, he brought in the Albanian market a change and development in the field of marketing through: Çelësi Ltd, Kult Magazine and Çelësi Design & Publicity. Çelësi Ltd is known in the market for the variety of utilitarian and practical information in the respective publications and portals (Çelësi Newspaper, Yellow Pages and Practical Guides). While Çelësi Design and Publicity is known in the market for the variety of services and products in the field of Marketing, Campaigns, Market Studies, Mapping & Direct Mailing in the printed and electronic versions.
Besides these rich professional experiences, Ylli Sula has also a long experience in teaching. In 1989, he was teacher of French language in the High School in Bulqize where he taught for almost two years. In 1995, Ylli Sula was an external examiner in the University of Tirana, in the Faculty of History and Philology, where he taught filmic and literary language. Since 2013, Ylli Sula teaches in the University “Marubi” as an external examiner in filmic and literary language.
During his professional career, Ylli Sula has held important functions in several institutions which carry many values in Albania. He is the Executive director of Kult Academy, the only national organization of cultural prices since 2005. He also has held the post of the Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Albania and Vice-President of the French Alliance in Tirana.
Ylli Sula has dealt also with different publications, mainly in the Kult Magazine, the only weekly cultural publication that precedes to the cultural and artistic events and activities. Besides having published several articles in the periodic press, he has also organized the Exposition “The Bibliophile in Zenit”, in the event of the Week of the Book, in may 2013.
For his contributions during the long professional career, Ylli Sula has been honored with the Philanthropy Price 2012, which has been conferred to him by Partners Albania & Foundation Rockefeller Brothers.
Ylli Sula, as an intellectual erudite with a noble and charitable heart, has helped a lot the social classes in need. He is one of the most committed peace missionaries in the International Lobbying Organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, accredited by UN, EU, USA.
Ylli Sula is an Honorary Advisor of this mission that operates in the Balkans and worldwide for peace and prosperity in help of the countries under development, according to the principles of the American democracy.
